  • Thumbs up if you recognize this hymn from Mr. Bean at the church. :-P

    Halleluuuujaaaah! Halleluuuujaaaah! Halleluuja... lujah... luujaaaaah!

  • Did you use those small pedals in thos song?

  • Ys - use a pair of headphones and you will hear them nicely including the 16' Bombarde

  • very nice! do you have an organ pedal too?

  • Thanks - there are only 13 small pedals on this Organ, not a full pedal board, a real challenge to play after being a Church Organist for so many years and used to a full AGO pedal board.

  • Excellent and beautiful performance! I always listen the hymns you play, it's a fount of inspiration and peace. God bless you and keep you! Greetings and congratulations from Chile!

  • Thank you and may GOD be with you and the Chilean people during your difficult time and hopefully no more Earthquakes.

  • Thanks, Lance =)

  • My favorite! It is the song of my ancestry. I am German, and my ancestors and cousins love the hymn!

Thank you so much for posting this!

  • You're welcome, both of my grand parents were of Germany.

  • is piano easier than organ

  • The Organ has more things to do, including pedal (both feet) registration (stops) expression and much more, I play the piano but I do not consider myself a Pianist.

  • Magnificent Sir...

  • Thank you †

  • Are you from Germany?

  • My Grand Parents were from Germany, I was made in the U.S.A. but spoke some German.

  • this is continuation of comment on other video similar to this one

we call it A DOMINICAN BLESSING

because my school is a dominican order of preachers school and that hymn is used as a benediction song with different words

  • One of my all-time favorites. You have the master's touch with the organ--no matter what organ you choose to play, it always sounds majestic and reverent. Thank you for the many hymns you've posted--always a highlight to listen to.

  • You're welcome and thank you for your kind words - Lance †

  • I really love these songs! Once again, I am...ENTRANCED!

  • This song was sang at every Saturday mass at my old Parish, and it was nice to hear it again arranged by you!

  • Praise the mighty name of our God and King. The Lord Jesus Christ.

  • We sing this in the Consistory Choir for AASR. It's my favorite piece of music we sing. Your rendition was very beautiful and inspiring. Thanks, Brother Lance.

  • You're welcome, thank you for visiting †

  • Wonderful playing!!!!!!!!!

An organ this size sure needs more than 13 "popsicle" type pedals. Does it really have only 13 spinet organ pedals???

  • Thanks and yes only 13....

  • Thanks, Lance, for your reply. I am new to YouTube, and did receive a reply in the regular email. It is a nice sounding organ, but at first I thought it was an Allen. I even looked on their home page to find a model similar to the one you were playing.

I don't know much about Viscount other than comments about them needing servie far too often. However, I must admit this one sure sounds nice.

  • We, at The Church of the Atonement, Carnegie, PA., Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh, ACNA, sing the words of the Doxology, with Alleluias, to this tune, except during Lent when we use the tune Old 100th (no alleluias) †

We sang Now All the Vault of Heaven Resounds to this tune. It is #367 in Evangelical Lutheran Worship. It was written by Paul Z. Strodach. Just thought I'd share.
