I think that a good solution would be to make identical permits for teachers, students and staff alike and let everyone with this permit park where they like on a first come first serve basis. Like this you eliminate the visitor parking problem as these will not have this permit and would be clamped or towed. I think this 'same permit for all' system would work better than last year's method since visitors would not be able to park on campus. what do you think??????

Alla hares the lecturer dont find parking! Their area always has available spaces, no matter what time it is.

And what about students? Is there a students union allowing students to go home or to arrive late for lectures, if parking is not found?

The Lecturer union is telling the lecturers to go home if no parking is found.

Instead of solving the problem they make it worse, ara what animals some people are.

Imbasta the 2nd oldest university in Europe or whatever...this administration is staining the name of uom.

Some help from the lecturers..eh...animals run the school not human beings.

If anything, the old parking measure should be re-enacted,till they build a multi-story car park, hell with all the 4th year engineers & Architects there, it should be a group project.

Shouldn't take too long, I'm pretty sure an open air barebones, multi-story car park could be done in 2-3 semesters.

And then everyone will be able to find a parking space.

It is the leader who does not motivate.

Not the students.

This is why anarchy doesn't work.

The students need a real leader.

Without a leader, you get people complaining and doing nothing about it.

They feel alone, unprotected, without a good leader, hence the lack of action.

The Action i suggest is to block all roads by parking all cars in the main roads.

During breaks people should keep vigilant, on the first car at the gates, and alert the others of the towing cars.
