Foundation singer and player of instruments, Skully began his musical carrer in the early 60's in the duo Bunny & Skully. He then went on to record solo for Coxsone/Studio One with hits like "See dem a come" or "Bye Bye Baby" in 1968. Close to Count Ossie & the Mystic Revelation of Rastafari he is known as one of Jamaica's most gifted percussionist and has collaborated to an impressive amount of LPs... Solid Foundation!!

Skully Simms, one of Jamaica's premier musicians, highly respected but little known outside of the music. A brilliant percussionist who continues the tradition of the Nyahbinghi drum which itself created the bridge to our African heritage within the music.
