Chicago is about 10 years behind Detroit in outright civic failure. The grime and crime in the West and near Southside are disgraceful. Drive through the neighborhoods around Obama's house. Today's oral arguments were a very good start. Based on what I've read it seems that Gura took the hint that P or I is going to create a LOT of work for the court. It seems probable that 2A will be incorporated through due process. In fact, quite surprisingly, its possible to have > 5 majority in favor of incorporation.
