i love it so much! the coreography is great, like a cinema play, u watch it over and over and still find something new. Lakshmi´s movements are if a statue came to life :) nice
there are really words which can sufficiently praise what the group has done. Each dancer is radiant with grace and appears to dance with such humility and devotion to the art form that it is simply breathtaking to watch the performances. It puts indian/bollywood dancers to shame. I also saw one video where one dancer spoke in hindi, it was so pure, and eloquent. I wish you all the best and continued success and hope to see more videos in the future. we could all learn from you. thank you!

Hey beautiful ladies! What a splendid performance! I am simply floored! Very happy to see this rendition highlighting the great tradition of Santana Dharma. Namaste!
I can't believe that all these dancers are russian...every movement, every "bhaavam" (expression) see seems to exude an Indian-ness...You guys should think about touring in India...I'm sure y ou would move the audiences to tears.
This is the best and the most sublime of all your offerings. The music was divine and it was Lakshmi herself was here... incredible training and elegance... You should do a world tour!
A great depiction of the goddess with a passion (in the form of bhava and abhinaya) unseen in many dancer of today. I salute the dancers...may your blessing be upon others who passionately love this art form.
This video is so so amazing. I just stumbled upon ur channel on you tube and watching all your dances since past 2 hours. The last scene of this performance was so wonderful that it moved me to tears. You guys have amazing perfection and wonderful choreography. I wish we indians also value our culture like you do. Instead of being alien to Sanskrit all your dancers were reciting the Sloka, I am so moved that even though I dont know dancing and male I want to be part of ur group. Wonderful
No Elena, I thank you for doing such a wonderful job. You guys have created masterpiece with this and Satarangi re.. I even added Satrangi re to my favorite videos in my Orkut Profile..I wish that Satrangi Re video must have been recorded from front.. I will do my bit to make your group more popular than you already are.. I know you dont need that as u guys r so perfect .. but still I will do it
if i may be so bold as to answer your question adriuliana --- the hand gestures are called rudras - or symbols or the different aspects of Maha Lakshmi
wow absolutely breath taking...wow...you you have an amazing job at chreographing this stotram...i am bharat natyam dancer and my biggest caim to fame is the durga stuti but by far this is better that i could have ever done...wow good job...jai mata di
I have to say, I have seen a number of your groups dances now on youtube, and I enjoyed them all (a lot :) ), but this is by far my favorite. The concept, combined with the bhakti and power really fortifies the image of Mahalakshmi. I would love to see more such pieces if you have them.
I have no words to express how speechless im with this performance. Hats of too all of you for such a wonderful peformance. Each lines of the Stotram has been so wonderfully expressed through the various gestures of hands. I am spell bound !! Thanks and please keep up the good work...
I dont know what to say after watching this! It was amazing, just perfect! I can watch it all night long! So proud to be a Hindu! Great job! Im still in shock.....speechless
The central character of this dance is Mahalakshmi, and every dancer appearing on stage is personifying the bhakt (devotee) of the particular form of Lakshmi the dancer talking about. Everyone's dupatta is iteratively embroidered by the name of presented form of the Goddess.
Coming into this material word, the bhakt is representing the pattern of worshiping one, who is not different from the object of worship, and finally merges with it.
All forms of the Goddess have 4 or 6 or 8 hands, currying particular things, describing this form. For example the lotus flower as a symbol of beauty and purity, or a shield and a sword, when we are talking about the Mother, who protects her child.
@reshmarussia Just want to tell you that u and your group is beyond fame.ur hardwork and knowledge is beyond praise...In the time to come your work/dance will be remembered as MASTERPIECE..u guys deserve more recognition..Please Contact NDTV for a Documentry 24/7 and you will be a rage in INDIA...please do some PR..please please please..We dont know about our gods our mythology cos our schools dont allow .hindus cant talk about them Muslims cant talk about them.cos we are bloody SECULAR.
Prosperity and protection of evil energy is a gift from Gaja Lakshmi, who is always represented with 2 elephants behind her, currying beautiful pitchers of milk and pouring it out on Lakshmi.
The fifth form is Santan Lakshmi. In the family life the children is a great treasure. The devotee of this form gets beloved, healthy and long living kids.
The sixth form is Vijaya Lakshmi.Vijaya means victory, that's why people, who have blessing of Vijaya Lakshmi, win anywhere, anytime, in any condition.
Vidya Lakshmi -- the Goddess, who gifts mercy as knowledge, afflatus, realizing of devotion truth.
And the eighth form is Dhana Lakshmi. She is represented strewing money. She is elusive and changeable. Many people in chase of material wealth worship this form, but Dhana Lakshmi is wayward and capricious.
All forms, interflowing in One, combine into MAHALAKSHMI!!!!!!!!!
How do you do it? How do you all do it? uffffffffff... I am so puzzled... How can you conceptualise things like this? This is an outstanding performance. Mayuri is Unique, Versatile, Confident and makes me proud that I belong to such a rich culture...
maateshwari ke charno mei sabhi bachcho ka pranaam....
from what i learnt from this dance, that it depicts various Roops of Maha Maateshwari.. but i am not very much familiar with the movement of hands, what it shows in different postures...one of the posture, i think it shows SHANKH...
perfect contribution from each member of this Dance team...heartiest congratulations to you

This dance is dedicated to Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity and consort of Lord Vishnu, and to her eight forms.

The first form - Adi Lakshmi, lives with Lord Narayana on Vaikuntha and serves Him with unlimited devotion of loving wife.
The second form is Dhanya Lakshmi. Because of her mercy a man gets food.
The third form -- Dherya Lakshmi. She gifts unlimited courage, power and inner stability.

Yeh mera prem hai aap sabhi keliye , mera aadar sahit Namaskaar swikaar kijiyega.
