interesting piece. the first thing i thought, it is copied from "sacre du printemps". but its rather the other way around when i consider the dates :-) i have seen articles which say that these pieces are totally different. i cannot understand how somebody does not hear all the copy/paste.

@kudi82 ummm, i don't think that Igor stravinsky copied debussy. These pieces are not similar, one was inspired by nature and you can feel the crashing waves. But Sacre du printemps was more about primitive human rituals. they both give me completely different emotions... O.o

When you close your eyes and really LISTEN to this... you cannot only see the Sea but also almost FEEL it! I say,if you accomplish THAT by your listeners,you are truly a Classic-phenomenon!!!! As if Debussy had magic in his fingers and head! I adore Mozart,Bach,Beethoven,Liszt and Chopin but I would GLADLY add Debussy to my faves-list!!
