The static lights are lights from a powerplant on the other side of the sea, the blue and red lights are the "UFOs"...

Wow, I find this movie very amazing. I have a mastergrade in UFO recognizeing and ive done some resurce on the movie the last 24 hours and I've send a sample to NASA to have more resurce on it.
