You only need 1 DIRECTOR. Not 3 Drum Majors to direct. And 1 director is usually enough to get them going. They could definetly keep their own tempo in a song like Hey Song. Also, the song was very very loud. [too loud for my taste]

i agree about the director but not about the loudness, its great when its loud cus then its more fun to play and sing
