It's actually better to let that crisp trigger pull drop the hammer, rather than riding it home. You will lose the glass breaking effect by doing that too much, requiring new trigger components and another trigger job. You should try black grips on that pistol, I think that would look sharp with the slide design.

True damascus is actually near impossible to replicate, & in many ways inferior. Forms a weaker steel, but for a handgun I'm not sure it'd matter. IMO this weapon is hideous... the Damascus style slide is unpleasant to the eye. I wish ppl would quit putting those ridiculous magwells on their pistols. Do they even serve a purpose besides making your firearm look retarded? The aesthetics of this entire weapon are very displeasing, it's a stretch to even call it a 1911. Not deserving of the name
@ZerOwAffLeS The Damascus slide truly makes the gun one of a kind. Each Damascus slide has its own pattern and none are exactly alike. It is an expensive gun to carry but the customer who had the two commanders built does use them for conceal carry. It is what every you want it to be.
