Is the ESPN broadcast available with the full intro and championship presentation? I was really dissapointed that the 1996 Michigan- Colorado College hockey dvd cut out the the ending where Brendan Morrison and Red Berenson were interviewed.

Also, is it possible to have the games that were shown in HD released in 16x9 anamorphic widescreen?
