You guys are missing the WHOLE point! Certainly we all know that Porsche in terms of prestige is much greater then that of the Infiniti however the Infiniti can stand its own ground against it more direct rivals like the BMW 5 series, Lexus GS, Audi A6 and Mercedes E-class. The Panamera isn't even a competitor for the M35h, it competes with the A7, BMW 6 series grand coupe sedan and Mercedes CLS. The Ad conveys the success of the M35h at $60,000 VS the Porsche at $95,000 in the hybrid division.

These kind of commercial are made for brain-dead audience. Taking one aspect of a car (which can be easily tuned to be better or worse, while affecting other aspect) and than comparing two cars just by that single aspect is stupid....I can already see Infinity M Hybrid being 0,1 sec faster to 100, and then they will claim its better than Panamera, which is superior in every single aspect, including economy, which matters most in this case.

@derbigpr500 The Infiniti has a 1 MPG advantage over the Panamera- 31 < 32 and the Infiniti will surely last longer, cost less to repair, and looks a damn sight better than the hump back whale Porsche...

Coming from a person who owns and loves Porsche's. That is one UGLY car they built, this was Porsche's time to really brake loose from the 911 body style and create a new and innovative style, but instead they hung onto a old dinosaur! Too bad they lost their touch and played it safe, I'm sure Ferdinand is rolling in his grave.
