This house cost 59 million dollars or 60millons and there is no tax in the cayman islands so u don't pay for proprty tax or inheritance tax

@eyedea81 The house is 48,000 square feet. No way you find a house on the beach in malibu or newport with that much space on 1.4 acres for $15 million. I doubt you can find any place in california with 48,000 square feet for $15 million
