very very easy. any tour operator like Kuoni or Thomas Cook has packages to the maldives. just chose one of the resorts in the Baa atoll. Royal island, coco palm dhuni kolhu , soneva fushi and especially kihaad resorts are very very very near the hanifaru dive site. to see lots of mantas and whale sharks you have to go during the southwest monsoon (summer), which is unfortunately when it rains a lot more...
