O_o if my coach saw your technique he may possibly ring your neck. Like with the power throw, you bent your left leg. Coach tells us to keep it straight as long as we are righty, lefty vise versa.
I have a question for you. When you do the power position, you keep your throwing arm straight. this is to be done the same when you glide correct? I cant see your throwing arm very well since the camera angle is coming from the left
i think you dont even need to do a reverse because you arent following the shot. your leaning back too much. try to follow the shot and use the reverse to keep in, that should give atleast 3 feet more
all wrong ur first 2 positions ur left leg wrong ur hips and back is turned when u glide and they give you the whole ring for a reason use it work on ur slid
no i meant when you glide back and your in the power position try moving your left foot back alittle behind you. The way you have it now you cannot fully use your legs and hips to drive onto the shot put. At :49secs you prolly have it the best out of the rest of your throws in the video.
does your shot tend to land to the right side of the pit when you throw?
Yeah, that's what i learned about halfway through the season, i would post the videos of me spinning but sadly they were all corrupted when my friend dropped my camera
here is some advice, dont ever ask for advice on Youtube, 99.9% dont know what the hell they are talking about and probably aren't as skilled as you.

My man, you gotta keep your left leg straight, all your power comes from your back leg, you twist it and accelerate through the throw. head up also.

Don't mean to be a hater but ur technique is garbage man

your biggest problem is your left foot is cutting you off from really putting power into it. It should be further back than your right foot.

thanks, do you mean at the beginning of the glide my left foot should go up to my chest, or something of that nature?

Dude you have a power position of a spinner. You never attack the board and thats what gliders do i suggest you learn the spin
