Our cat used to love watching our videos rewind. Even if she were downstairs, she'd come bounding upstairs at the sound of the rewinding tape, leap onto the couch and just stare at it until it was finished rewinding.
Getting a DVD player put an end to that cute kitty quirk. :-)
I thought she was a Ragdoll, b/c she has such a luxuriant tail.
I know someone who used to work for Del Rey, who switched to Tor. His paper back books are published by Tor.
They don't have cats though. They had a huge black labrador named Obsidian.
He's a dog person, having yet to discover the beauty and enigma of the cat. : )
