I'm spanish but I've never tried Piquillos with that stuff, they should be great.
Just a little trick that we do to stuff the peppers (with meat or with cod). You have to put the peppers on a pan, with a clove of garlic, put one tablespoon of sugar over the peppers and cover with olive oil. Put the pan over low heat for a half an hour. Then you can stuff like you want.

My friend, please tell me you milked that satsuma before you shaved it. Make sure the teaspoon is lukewarm before you nibble it's anus, and the juicy hair needs to be shaken, not gnawed.
