I got it from Vernon Metcalf. The rest of the episodes I got in his trade were good, but not this episode...I don't know what happened to the actual tape this originally came from

I can tell it was definentily not Vernon who made this so bad of tracking. Probably the guy who sent the guy who sent the guy who sent the guy who sent the guy who sent it to him.
