  • If youre reading this and you were here back when the Monkees had just released this song,I think we shared a part of time that was so beautiful It's almost impossible to describe,all I can come up with are beautiful memories and a life well blessed.I was there and I experienced this point of time and I didnt even realise those days would pass by like a speeding bullet,We were just plain lucky to have had this music and these memories In our life time.God Bless..

  • I loved the Monkees...especially Davy Jones. I was 4 years old when the Monkees teleivision show premiered in 1966, and my childhood was just a little bit brighter because of the music and the television show. The music has stood the test of time...I still listen to it until this day. Rest in Peace, Davy. Luv You Davy!

  • All my friends liked Davy but Peter was my fab. Saw him in 2006 at Ebay Live Meg Whitman had a thing for antique lunch boxes and the Monkeys was one that she collected. Davy performed live and he had all of us baby boomers dancin and laughin in the aisles. Here's to those wonderful memories Davy!

  • RIP Davy. thanks for all of the nice childhood memories. Everyone else was stopping the war and the Monkees were singing about Pleasant Valley Sundays and Daydream Believers. At 51, I had an emergency open heart surgery after a checkup on my heart though I was an athlete, runner and cyclist all of my life.Please get your heart checked out as you get older.

  • when I first saw the Monkees I thought of one thing, 'fun'. Sadly as I became an adult I realised that life is not all day fun but a lot more serious. The Monkess did though make you realise that you don't have top take life so seriously all the time, there is time for fun. RIP Davy, thanks for making my Saturday mornings TV.

  • If anyone does not like Daydream believer, they truly are a thin tin ear for music. It was a great feel good song and the remixes by famous people and pop bands of the 80s who redid the song are more than I can count. Davey you will be missed. Great contribution to the music world lovers! RIP
