im pretty sure you can get it without action replay im just trying to remember but in pokemon emrald in this one town you can actuAlly buy flutes and im pretty sure you can buy an azure flute and you can give it to one of your pokemon and then transfer by putting the emrald game in the bottom of your ds and then putting that pokemon in your inventory and then saving then exit then go to peral/diamond then instead of clicking continue click transfer or something like that then tranfer that pokemo

azure flute's little medly is actually quite simple if u listen closely its :middle, down, middle, down, middle, long up

i use this as a note when i whistle so i only have three sounds as i whistle not including variations
