  • This STILL is one of my favorite tracks out there, they don't make dnb like this anymore. I miss the good old days :(

  • from my heart!!!

  • Ketamine + this song = Unreal :)

  • Im thinking of giant mice dancing in a lab with those long white lab coats on :P

  • =( reminds me of a time. we were young. the weekends were fun. god...

  • let's be honest. there are certain tunes which define drum and bass / jungle - and this one of those. like peshay piano tune, the helocopter track etc; you listen to this and you either understand, or you hate drum and bass as a genre - to the artists, you nailed this.

  • Best intro i've heard in a while

  • great stuff!

  • ←← new official Concord Dawn page with a bunch of new stuff is here now too

  • I had an outer body experience to this track before.

  • deadlyvicar ... WACK.

    This tune is dope.

  • red cheek or broken nose lol its to aphrodite for me at the start but darkside is lurking in the shadows later on so i retrack my last thumbs

  • this is amazing!!!D´n´B 4EWER!!!!

  • concord dawn - amazing, gets in touch with your feelings properly if you are to focus

  • it's when you let go of language...that's what you're feeling...next time pay attention, and you'll realize there are no words, just music

  • what are you on about mate?

  • humans rely on language to think, and if you listen to music, it lets you think without words. The sounds produce thoughts in your head, and if you let the language go, it lets you feel the emotions that the song contains. It's something that words do not have the capacity to describe, but those emotions that instrumental music produces are real...i work in a telecommunications department, and there are frequent studies about the affect of music on emotions

  • yes ...

  • Why is this? That's very sad to hear.

Regardless, they made a substantial footprint of wicked drum and bass in my mental history.

    They are quite inspirational.

  • @tabalitigi

that does not mean electronic music cant creat emotions or thoughts in your mind :)

  • @S3l3ct1ve that's not what i said at all! I SAID they create thoughts and emotions, I'm just saying, when you stop listening to the words, and start listening to the music as ONE piece, you get a better understanding of the emotions the musician is trying to convey. Jimi Hendrix had a terrible voice, but his words combined with his guitar made GREAT music, and it's the combination of him AND his band that made the overall songs great.

  • @tabalitigi that's one kickass mind you got there buddy. wanna trade?

  • @TIMThisIsMusic ...you can get a Master's degree in digital music composition as well...I did in the time since that last post...;)

  • @tabalitigi when i mean "last post", i meant the original statement i made 2 years ago...that's the thing with consistency, i still stand by my original statement...

  • @TIMThisIsMusic ...i mean, if you want to be snarky, its cool man...i make money making music, so people can talk all the shit they want...i'll just keep doin what i do...

  • @tabalitigi i thought the same thing the other day...when u think in your head you think in english like 'Im hungry, or whatever pops into your head'...so i wonder about the thought process of an animal like a cat or dog that doesnt fully understand language....if they were thinking in their head what would it be like? or since they dont comprehend language structure would they even have any thoughts at all?

  • @Wackaveli we simply can't comprehend the way they "think" or feel...

  • @Wackaveli Hmm. You know, humans are animals too.

We cán think without using words. Language is only a learned skill, useful for communicating. An abled person who grows up without human contact will still be able to think about things; although he himself couldn't tell you, you would be able to see from his actions if he were intelligent or not. Same story with animals.

In fact, without thought any animal dies pretty quickly. Choices need to be made; for example if food or a lambo are wanted.

  • "No more drugs for that man"

  • nice shizzney
