Woooooah slow down there, this isn't a race. The tempo marking is Allegro Moderato, how about thinking about the moderato there!!!!

the point of the rests in the piece are to let the echoes of the previous phrase die away in a cathederal setting, that just doesnt have a chance to happen at this tempo

@hippo50ful yeah i was thinking the same, its WELL Too fast, i performed this the other night, and it took us 3 and a half minutes to do it
