Seattle, a town of now nearly 650,000 had 29 murders in 2008.
Flint, Michigan, which is close to a fifth of the population in Seattle had 113.
The Yakima Valley, which is close to the same size had 19 in the same year.
In 2009 (look it up at the same site), Seattle had 22 murders, and Yakima Valley hit 25.
Face it, Seattle doesn't even rank. SPD must be that good, or there is no heart in the hood.

Seattle is not going to be thrilled when REAL gangs finally show their faces in these easy street neighborhoods of YuppieVille NW. AND the fake Gangster Disciples aren't going to exist anymore. Hate all you want... but intelligence reports and media say it's on it's way Mexican CARTEL style.
