If you haven't seen the pilot (or the later animated title), 'Demon', this is what happened: Tony splashes down on a tropical island in the South Pacific after an aborted space mission- while looking for material to form an "S.O.S." in the sand, he finds Jeannie's bottle, yet it keeps rolling away from him! He examines it, removes the stopper, smoke shoots out, forming into Jeannie, declaring in Farsi, "Your wish is my command, Master". She then embraces and kisses him. You know the rest.

I hadn't really noticed the veil in the first season until now. She wore extra veils this season because she was pregnant. You can't tell at all!

There's a famous story involving filming the lion; it was actually a tame, "elderly" lion, and it was pacified by a plate of meat on that couch between Larry and Barbara (note 4:22). The trainer suggested Larry and Barbara "get to know the lion" by petting it before filming; Hagman refused. When shooting began on the first take, the lion reared itself and roared at Larry. He and the rest of the crew deserted the set. The lion, however, made itself comfortable on Barbara's lap, and purred!
