Tosh is an incredible comedian but part of being a comedian is delivery. He seems to have lost his enthusiasm. Go look up his special "completely serious" it's an hour long and it's where all these jokes are from. He just lost his hyper and happy go lucky attitude, probably to drugs. The TV show Tosh.0 is barely even half as good as his original stand up.
