Honestly, this guy isn't that hard to understand in comparison to some techs I've dealt with. To my memory, the worst company I've dealt with in this regard had to be Computer Associates. Around 2002 or 2003 they shifted their support to call centers based in India, and it's was literally impossible to understand their techs. The support was so bad we dropped the product (ARCServeIT) we had been using for years, and purchased an entire new DR system.

He's asking the status of the case they have open. The case is related to a replication error, which after the tech has reviewed the application logs looks to be resolved. (He's not seeing further errors). Sounds like the issue is resolved and they are just wanting to close the case.

Kinda funny, but I was working with a E-Machine tech and I swear he introduced himself as 'Fish' as well. It was crazy.... Halfway through the call, I figured it out my self and told him thanks and he goes, "I'm glad I was able to fix your issue!"
