i cry when i listen to this recitation ..... realy he has a power in his voice ...... god blees u man .... and thanks god that still we have such a great persons in this world ......
Why do we have to always look at the negative side of a person? Each and every person nowdays has some negative qualities or another, would you be concentrating on that or the good qualities that person has? How good it would have been for us Muslims below just to comment on such beautiful voice of this qaari rather than indulging in matters like he doens't keep beards or wearing cap. No doubt, both these things are important, but we need to look at the brighter side..the positive things.
Bruv I swear i absolutley love this video as well as Qari Sheikh Rafat Hussain's ABSOLUTELY heart trumbling, tearful, the most purest beauty of voices ever found in a human. ALLAH HO AKBAR ALLAH HO AKBAR
No --- actually the truth is that, there is a difference of opinion among أهل العلم (the people of knowledge) regarding the beard, and whether it is obligatory, or otherwise.
And as for wearing a "hat" or "cap" - there is NO DOUBT that it is not obligatory, and something you will be sinful for not wearing. If there is - O people - the bring forth your proof
Well actually -- what you are saying needs to be clarified (or actually, rephrased).
Yes, the 4 Imaams (etc) agreed that SHAVING the beard is forbidden. * And logically, thus, keeping a beard is Obligatory.
+ But the scholars *(after the majority of them agreed on this issue) -- then differed about the length of the beard, and whether one may shorten it, and how much. * There is a lot (a LOT) of differing here!
But know that some modern scholars, claim that it is only "makrooh" to shave
As for whether it is Makrooh "tahrimi" or "tanzihi" .. the scholars differ.
Secondly - I am not saying I agree with what that small minority of modern-day scholars (of the University of Al-Azhar) say, about the beard. ** But just know, that they have issued a fatwa (religious verdict) on the issue, at al-Azhar.
Thirdly -- there is, of course, no doubt that the correct view is what the Prophet said, and what the 4 Imams of tis Ummah agreed upon.
actutully putting beard is sunnah of prophet muhammad peace be upon him . so if someone dosent put it it dosent mean that their not muslim. so i dont think its a makhroo.
You're right. That is just sooo Extreme, a person becomes a non-Muslim for not keeping his beard??!!! That's crazy. There have been many Muslims (who r shaved) who have benefited this Ummah of Muslims soo much, more so than other bearded Muslims.
But .... I was just assuming that, since it's how our Prophet looked, since it's his Sunnah -- it would be a nice bonus. ;) Trying to look like our Prophet and all ...but someone who doesn't, they're just leaving the Sunnah
So just to clarify your last statement ... "Makrooh" doesn't mean, becoming a kaafir, becoming a non-Muslim. "Makrooh" simply means, "disliked". And obviously it is better to follow the Prophet's way in keeping a beard (for men), because he also ordered the men to do that .... but if a person doesn't, he's not a Disbeliever. He just disobeyed his Prophet's command ;) -- I hope this clarified the issue 4 u
For, example, some scholars of the "modern day Shaafi`ee" madh-hab have opined that 'shaving' is not forbidden. (Even though the 4 Imams said otherwise)
That's why u may find many Qurraa` & even Shaykhs from al-Azhar... following this opinion. * Qari AbdulBasit, Minshawi, Shaykh Tantawi, Muhammad Jibreel, and many others.
@muslimboi123 Actualy he is from Egypt and Egyption govt. does not permit being beared and many other Sunnah. Infact force many kharafats to adopt as compulsory.

To keep it is compulsory . if it grows

Only Makrooh. only is a big word. Also my friend you need to clarify makrooh. tahrimi or tanzihi .
Also we are ordered to follow the quran & Sunnah and then the consensus of sahaba .
The Quran states obey allah and his messenger.
Muhammad S.A.W said lenghthen your beards.
|t is wajib to keep a beard
Also please state these so called modern scholars
