I don't know their names, but i know that Snape is Kakuzu from Naruto Shippuuden, and i think Draco is Hikaru or Kaoru from Ouran High School Host Club.
@crazypokefan123 Harry's seiyu is Kensho Ono, he did voices in Tsubasa Chronicles and Pokemon Diamond & Pearl, Rita Skeeter's is Masako Katsuki, who does Tsunade's voice in Naruto and Michiru in Sailor Moon, Ron's is Yuki Tokiwa who hasn't worked on anime but did voices for Kingdom Hearts and Sirius' seiyuu is Shinpachi Tsuji, who has worked in a fuckload of anime including the most recently popular Full Metal Alchemist, Code Geas, Naruto and Fairy Tail.
