Under constitutional law you can't be your own victim. So what that means is that most marijuana arrests are illegal and amount to no more than kidnapping, assault, and property theft. You should study the law and your constitution, and start respecting both whether or not you agree with them.

Although I agree 100% marijuana should be legalized, regulated, and taxed, I do like his statement "getting federal benefits means you get drug tested." If you can afford cannabis, beer OR drugs there is ZERO excuse to be receiving hand outs from the government. That is the definition of a low life to me.
