I know so well what you are feeling. I thought I was never going to feel worthy of living and living well but each day that goes by I feel a little more worthy and I like myself a little more!! You will get there just one day at a time, one step at a time!!! *HUGS*
remember that we did not gain this weight over night so we won't lose it overnight. keep doing what you are doing and the weight will come off and as the weight comes off your confidence will get better. that so called friend is not a friend is not a friend at all. a friend wants you be healthy and will have your back no matter what. i have complete faith in you and that you will reach all your goals. it takes hard work and dedication. keep up the awsome work
