hate to piss in your guys' pool but jay cutler is going to edge out the win. arms arent everything and people dont seem to realize that jay is alot bigger overall than phil. better quads, bigger width, tight abs, shredded hams. he's got the whole package and if you seen him lately you can expect to seem him on that stage better than 2009.
