  • Great vid, nice form. I have short achilles tendons so I cannot do a squat with my heels staying on the ground, adds stress to my knees........sucks. I can compensate a little by putting 5lb weights under my heels.....but, my balance is still not good.

  • @boovalagrish this is more of a good morning squat than a traditional. reduced glute activation because of foot position. i dont like it as much as traditional.

    It would also require a foot that is about 3 feet long. Yes you can break the laws of physics if you just have strong abdominal muscles. Those in all those Vampire movies do it all the time. Just develop your abdominal muscles, and you can pretty much stop trucks and fly and shit.

It is on purpose that he does a bit of a good-morning because he is tired and its his Max. He lost it a bit, Buried it and got the lift.   • @papasandbeer45 You have proven that you understand and can judge whether or not an individual has broken parallel. If you pay attention you will see that the FICTIONAL squatter goes well below parallel. It may be hard to recognize since there is NO MUSCLE or SKIN on the FICTIONAL squatter.

  • doesn't matter, the movement is fictional in all senses. if there was muscle and tissue we would be seeing a squater resting his stomach and chest on his legs.
