@Scipio0 The dead flowers from the cemetery will get you past him, once you've covered them in paint to make them look new. The paint is in the alley behind the photo supply store around the corner from your apartment.

How do you get the black envelope. Im in the office now but stuck again. Cant get trid of the janitor.

@Scipio0 The black envelope is inside the envelope the neighbor next to the girlfriend's apartment gives you. If you don't have it you need to prove your her boyfriend to the neighbor before he gives it to you. In the office to get rid of the janitor you need to cut the cord to the vacuum cleaner. It will need something stronger than a scissor, and it can be found in the office. Then give the janitor something else to do, like the plunger.

Im completely stuck i have no idea how to turn the abthroom into a dark room. I have the photo kit. But no idea how to change the light bulb. Can you help?

Can you help me, im completely stuck. I have no clue whatsoever to set up the dark room. Someone suggest of coloring the light in the bad room red but i have no idea where to find a brush or something to color it red. Also no idea to get past the bouncer.. Tried everything i can think of..

@Scipio0 The red marker is in the office building, in the lower right cubicle next to where your desk is. The office building is next to the Taco fast food place. You'll need to find your wallet and fix your ID card to get past the security guy.

i have the food bag from the subway. How do empty the food bag to get the ticket off of the bum?

i don't know how to look in open or use the bag. When i try and use the bag on the bum it gives a message that it will not work.

@ACakaANTMAN You interact with the inventory items the same way you do on anything else. Click and hold the mouse button down over the item. The three icons will pop up, the mouth, eyeball, or hand. Select the icon to perform the action you want on the inventory item. So, hover the mouse over the bag in your inventory. Click and hold (don't drag the item) and when the icons pop up, select the hand to open the bag.

You need to disable the transit card machine in the subway. A penny will jam it, you can find a penny in the stone basin near the crypt.

Great Game!! I'm stuck in the new demo, can't get the plunger off the taco malley, and can't find anything to color the light in red.. :( any suggestion?

You won't be able to find the red marker for the light until after you've accomplished what you need to with the plunger. To get the plunger you need to unscrew the vent in the bathroom and on the outside of the building. The screwdriver can be found behind the photo supply building on the block where your apartment is.

Thank you for the answer. I tried it out once again but it does not seem to work, as I cannot use any key without it saying 'invalid keystroke'. So I guess I cannot proceed any further. That's a pity, but perhaps the problem will be fixed at some time. But nonetheless: really great game and I am looking forward to the full version!

As far as the demo goes, there is not much left to do beyond the office. Getting into the computer might give some clues, but the puzzles involved haven't been implemented, so you're not missing much.

The game is really great, but I am stuck with the computer in the office, because no matter what I click it always says invalid keystroke. When I try to enter the password on my own keypad it also doesn't work (it opens the menu). So ist that a bug or am I just not seeing the next step?

It's possible the game is glitching as by the point you are in the game the game engine begins corrupting its data. That said, this screen should work. Make sure the index finger of the cursor is over the letter you want to type. Once you enter the password, make sure to hit the correct return key. There is a post-it note on the monitor that says one is malfunctioning. And make sure you have the password right. Entering the wrong password will give the "invalid" response.

Great game here.. hit a couple braincramps along the way: Havent figured out the comp password or combo for safe.. also not sure what photo needs to be processed as I only got to the first step in the darkroom/photo instructions. any little hints would greatly help , thanks!

There is a photo on the desk near the computer that is the same as a photo on the fridge in the apartment, only what's written on them is different. One of the nicknames on the photos is the computer password. The combo for the safe is the date written on the tombstone the character was buried in. The photo developing part is near the end of this latest demo, and the game gets glitchy there, but even though it won't give you the full instructions you should be able to proceed a bit...

...Color the bathroom light red, place the trays in the bathtub, place the chemicals in the bathtub, then use the black envelope in the bathtub. That should work, but the game's not finished so there's not too much after these parts for now.

i just downloaded ure new demo but there is a problem i cannot find the gum and i cant use the skeleten arm on the clock at the subway station

The gum is under the edge of the subway teller booth, and in the new demo there's no longer a puzzle involving using the clock in the subway. There is a different solution now.
