I think this is fake, first of all if you were undertaking a project to build a doomsday device, you wouldn't give the project the codename doomsday, that defeats the purpose of giving it a code name. Secondly, I don't think a ship could float with that much fissionable material on it. If this video is to be believed, I would think that maybe project "doomsday" might have been a misinformation campaign
