The 'yellow' crystal is actually an orange crystal, it's on the bottom left corner. I wish the Wii version had a black crystal.

ii know the top is the saber cristle and the bottom is the hilt. whats the thing in the midlle it looks like a cristle.

the middle is a combat crystal while the top is a color crystal. u can find them somewhere.

@scotthallable Yellow: On the Raxus Prime before you meet the Junk Behemoth, it's on your left. The Blue(Top): In Bespin somewhere, under a large set of steps. I think it's near the elevators, when you walk down, when you get down the steps, go behind them, you should see a blue crystal.

ok i just got it today, when you go to the dark felucia level, the second one, once you fight the bull rancor, you go into one area and by the exit of that area on the right side, there are plants and u might see a green light, it will be there, hope this helps

In the AT-ST hangar bay, after you've destroyed it, destroy the 2 control panels near the exit (this will open a door in the empty bay). Go to the empty bay, double-jump to the cross bar, double-jump into the open door, turn around and double-jump to the second floor. It's right behind you when you get to the second floor.
