The distributor is machined to fit the C114 engine. When it comes you have to remove the gear from the Maserati distributor to fit it onto the Buick distributor. You have to make sure that the up and down play of the shaft is correct (With shims). This setup works great and is more reliable than the 123.
Regarding the Hydraulic, I'm sorry I don't understand your question.
Does the pre ignition advance curve of that GM Distributor really fit ?
