  • No biggie. C'mon now...who really thinks that this Ivy league graduate wouldn't know Europe is a collection of countries? It's more likely that he made a spoken mistake and meant to say "countries IN Europe" instead of "countries like europe".

  • Two fails, first is the obvious calling Europe a country and second is the fact that if we are talking about multicultural societies, comparing Europe to The United States is just dumb.

  • Oh jeeze haha

I remember Bachmann implying that Libya was not in Africa, and our President seemed to have made a similar mistake over a year ago.

I believe, before every Presidential election, we have them take a geography course, just as I had to when I was in 4th grade....

  • Just a fresh NWO perspective.

  • It's not Obama who is stupid, do you know that European Union exist ?

    Jackass...

  • @197pascal Union of 27countries and not every European country is in that union.

  • @197pascal WTF EU isn't a country stupid!

  • @197pascal Seriously.... you think Europe is a country.....

  • Can you imagine what the liberals would say if Palin said this..

  • @buisyman

Start with racism? You are the one who called me a racist. I can tell you aren't racist. You haven't said anything derogatory about any race or culture.

  • @buisyman

Yes it is, however so is HIV but it isn't transmitted by mosquitoes. Some blood-borne pathogens simply can't live in a mosquito. It seems to me that the CDC would mention mosquitoes if they were a mode of transmission.

  • @buisyman

I think you are getting typhoid confused with another disease. Go back to the page. No mention of mosquitoes or even insects. Please do not call me an idiot for showing you the facts. Trade of the Euro is predicted to grow 50 percent in the next 30 years. It probably will not be gone in 5 years. I'm not sure how believing in rights of people to be given help through their government equates to communism.

  • @demdanglibruls You have to think while you read. Typhoid is carried in the BLOOD.

  • @demdanglibruls You really need to pay more attention so someone other than mslsd or cnn. You aren't going to get the truth from them. Try cbs or abc

  • @buisyman

The Euro was created on 1 January 1999, not the 1980s. The EU has its version of the American constitution. Simply denying facts that disagree with you doesn't help.

  • @demdanglibruls Yes, but they started on the consept in the 80's. What, did you think they can develope a new currency over night?

  • @buisyman

Wow, go back to the page on typhoid and look. Seriously. I want you to simply look. I am 14 years old. I didn't want to go into namecalling. Reverse racism? How? I thought it was liberals who randomly accused people of racism. Don't vote. Do us a favor and don't vote.

  • @demdanglibruls Wow, 14 years old. I'm fairly sure you sere going to start with the racism thing because I mentioned mexico. Liberals always do.

  • Comment removed

  • @LeeGeorge08 I guess you're including yourself in that statement. Please don't equate this retard to the rest of America. The dillweed is a total embarassment.

  • Actually, we HAVE a system, which the Dems are trying to destroy. How many comunicable diseases are illegals bringing in? We've seen a resurgence of Whooping cough, typhoid, Leprosy, TB and various other diseases we had eradicated, all brought back in by illegals. legal immigrants are tested and vaccinated upon entry into this country, illegals are not.

  • @buisyman What about fundies who think America deserves AIDS and we can't give out condoms to high schoolers?

  • @demdanglibruls Excuse me, but what does that have to do with what I said? Nothing. Could it be that you have no arguement to my statement, so you go far off into left field? Please try to focus on the issue you responded to, and say something relevant, if you can.

  • @buisyman It has to do with people on the political right allowing STDs to infect more people. You say that illegal immigrants spread disease, it is just as relevant that religious fundamentalists prevent legislation to stop STDs from spreading. Mexico vaccinates against pertussis. Most typhoid is the result of nonsanitary food preparing practices.

  • @demdanglibruls That has nothing to do with my statement. You liberals always try to change the subject when you know you can't win an arguement. Just like you're dong here. If you're too stupid to come up with a logical response to MY statement, leave me alone. If you want to talk STD's, If you tell someone they're nothing more than a more evolved form of animal, they'll act like one. Just like you're doing now.

  • @buisyman Pertussis is another name for whooping cough, not typhoid as you claim. And yes, mexicans have passed legislation to require vaccinations. Typhoid IS NOT spread by mosquitoes. Your ignorance of diseases astound me. You could simply look it up. Who is the real dilweed here? Obama has a harvard education.

  • @demdanglibruls Excuse me, but I LOOKED it up on the CDC website just before I posted that comment. sorry, but your feeble attempt at avoiding the truth with another rabbit trail isn't going to wotk. You're all over the place like someone on crack.

  • @buisyman I went there and I did not see mosquitoes mentioned. I just consulted my mother, a doctor, and she said that it was mainly spread though unsanitary conditions. She said that it isn't spread by mosquitoes. Just because a fact disagrees with you doesn't mean you deny it. Check it again. Either you are lying or confused. I don't think you would lie so you are probably mixing it up with Dengue or another disease.

  • @demdanglibruls say, you are really a stupid fuck, aren't you? You're momma don't know everything, and I was talking about EVERYWHERE, not Mexico. Go read what the CDC says about it, dude, before you sound like an even bigger idiot. Oh, and quit your reverse racism, because I'm tired of it, ok?

  • @buisyman It is always "you liberals" or "you conservatives". I don't want to "win", I want you to see facts behind others opinions on politics. It makes one more open minded to learn their opponents talking points.

  • @demdanglibruls Talking points, schmalking points. You've been quoting raging madcow (otherwise known as rachel maddow) in this little discussion. You're a lier. If you didn't want to win, you wouldn't have responded to my comment in the first place. I have no talking points, just facts.

  • @demdanglibruls Oh, and you're not telling the whole truth about typhoid, but you already know that, don't you? That's called a lie by omission, dude. I'm calling you out on it. Tell the WHOLE truth. You carry typhoid in your blood. Mosquitos can spread it. Mexico, as far as I can tell, does NOT vaccinate its citizens against typhoid, so that seems to be a bald faced lie.

  • @buisyman Obama graduated from harvard with honors. I would like to see you do that.

  • @demdanglibruls You might find that little lie difficult to prove, being as he's had his school records sealed since before he ran for president. there you go, quoting liberal talking points again.

  • @buisyman It is relevant to the topic of partisans allowing the spread of disease.

  • @demdanglibruls your resopnse to my original comment was about a specific desease, to which you went off on a rabbit trail. since you can't stay on topic, I'm going to have to assume you're ADD or something. Ir, maybe, you can't come up with a fitting liberal lie that I can't poke holes in.

  • @buisyman I simply showed how wrong your counterargument was. Obama graduated Magna Cum laude from Harvard. Go ahead and assume i'm ADD because I pointed out all of your numerous errors. Maybe I can't come up with a lie because I don't need to lie. I just need to show you the facts. I am not quoting Rachel Maddow. I don't watch MSNBC as it is too biased. CNN is more centrist. CDC has no mention of mosquitoes on Typhoid. Who is really avoiding the truth?

  • Europe acts like a country. Europeans always post those shitty America vs Europe videos.

  • @fLRedSpade "europeans post" So if the german shits do it, Finland and other parts of europe are blamed too!? And even Russia!?

  • @fLRedSpade One question: If America is so bad, why are they trying to copy us with the EU and the euro? I'd like to hear ananswer to that one, wouldn't you? I haven't found anyone to answer it, have you?

  • @buisyman The Euro is a copy of the dollar? America isn't bad, but it needs improvement. I want you to see from my point of view. I have already seen yours. according to the Guardian, a credible UK newspaper, Obama did graduate Magna Cum Laude.

  • @demdanglibruls Yes, actually. Back in the '80's, they deciced they wanted ONE currency, like the US had, to try to stabilize their economies and make it easier to do business across borders. Unfortunately for them, they didn't develop a constitution and went straight towards socialism/liberalism/communism, and now they're in deep shit. We're going to see the Euro disapear from the world withinn 5 years, I think.

  • @demdanglibruls According to the guardian? so, with Obama sealing all his recordes, how, exactly, did they get that information?

  • @buisyman

    .....im american

  • @fLRedSpade Oh, I know that. I was just hoping you could or had found someone who can answer that little question.

  • @millard27 Still bashing the best huh? I probably would too to be honest....but if your making excuses for this guy...don't he doesn't deserve it.He was a huge experiment that failed.

  • Dumb... Ya this is a retarded video. He quickly misspoke.

  • Europe does let in hungry-driven in. It also lets in the drivel and terrorists: Just like the US.

  • @spartacandream, if you are "excellent" at geography and you just gave that lame explanation that the European Union is a 'country', then no wonder Americans are geographically challenged.

  • He's referring to the immigration policies Europe (ie the European Union) has, which doesn't mean he assumes its a country. Though I'd say it is. By the simple fact that it has a flag, and anthem, a defined set of borders, a constitution, a government, immigration policies, and even taxes. To me, that sounds like a country. If that's not one, what is?

  • @millard27 I'm american, and I'm excellent at geography. Don't paint us all with the same brush.

  • @spartacandream where is portugal and spain? are they neighbours?

  • soooo stupid...:D it's just a mistake..:_)

  • Thats a dumb motherfuker, one clue is look at the big ass ears its a sign of inbreeding.

  • @MikeDothan an even bigger sign of inbreeding is having parents from different continents

  • @sunzsu

Yes sure... you need to learn the difference of European Union and Europe... Europe isn't a country!!! And no legal point of view changes that.

  • from a legal point of view, europe IS a country. its a legal subject in international law, has a executive, legilative and juristical pillar and a common market.

  • @sunzsu There is also a President of Europe :)

  • LMFAO, I love all the comments about the leftist media on here. It's amazing that now matter how much evidence there is to the contrary, idiots will deny its existence and try to discredit it when it doesn't coincide with their own beliefs. There is no major liberal media bias, get that in your thick fucking skulls.

  • Obama doesnt think Europe is a country at all.. that is wishfull right wing thinking.

Even Bush AND Palin combined in a group quiz would have thier asses whipped by Obama in any contest and the WORLD knows this. cmon.. who are you trying to kid here? lolol

  • @TheRyder89 ON the planet. XD. I know you know that it's on. It was just a simple spelling mistake.

  • @TheRyder89 ok - you might try to build an excuse for that one, but the rest of it is rubbish as well

  • I love the way not one of the people in the audience even flinches when he says this. They're just as ignorant and oblivious. Sheeple!

  • well now that they're the EU....he's right i guess

  • @mihiryouthere612 - no. he's not. Europe is not a country and the EU does not make it one.

  • @TheGRH13 yes, the EU sends a rep to meetings like the G8 and G20 summit. Just because you don't consider it one, doesn't mean it technically isn't. Just like most people still consider Pluto a planet, it technically isn't (anymore).

  • @mihiryouthere612 well, I don't know how YOU technically define the word "country", but I would suggest that simply because a representative from a union or confederation of sovereign states (which is technically what the European Union is) is invited to and attends some international summit, does not a "country" make. By a rather tortured definition, I suppose you may be right, but I doubt that "Europeans" refer to themselves as such instead of French, German, Dutch and so on... And Pluto?

  • @mihiryouthere612 More interesting, however, is how sycophants of BO go to all lengths...even invoking Pluto's dubious planetary status...to defend their guy. What a joke!

  • @TheGRH13 Well, since in this video he's talking about immigration and economics, and the EU requires a common visa and common currency, it makes sense to refer to it as one country. I also doubt that "Americans" refer to themselves as Texans, Californians, etc? Just because you say something is true doesn't make it that way. That was the point of my Pluto analogy. Whether or not you feel like acknowledging it, the facts have changed. The EU functions as one economy, its GDP is even reported.

  • @mihiryouthere612 - More tortured logic. The states that comprise the USA are not sovereign. And, Texans often DO refer to themselves as such. Europe is most appropriately referred to geographically as a continent. Just because Barry O refers to Europe as a country doesn't make it so, either. You can dance in the wind all you like to stretch the point, but it was a poor choice of words. The treaty creating an economic common union doesn't alter the individual nations' sovereignty.

  • @TheGRH13 Correct, its geographically a continent, but economically it operates like a country. It prints its own money. It is one single trade bloc. It has one outer border, and movement within requires no visa. It taxes, and has a budget.

Does South America print its own money? Does Asia have one common trade and immigration border? Do you pay North American taxes too?

In the context, it makes sense. Its a growing economic power now that they've joined together, and we need to compete.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheGRH13 But leave it to a "BO" hater to be closed minded to anything that doesn't make him seem like a dumb, "urban", kenyan, socialist racist.

  • @mihiryouthere612 Ah! There's the point! Sycophancy and Hypocrisy - two of the pillars upon which the foundation of progressive liberalism is built. Remember this the next time you or one of your pals defames GW Bush, Palin or one of your ilk's other favorite targets. Conservatives apparently haven't cornered the market on hate and derogatory racial and cultural epithets.

  • @daggerfalcon if you follow the argument properly you will get the point easily.

  • Phwahahahaaaa so silly. As if Obama thinks that. it is a genuine slip not a factual faux pas like Bush. We believe bush and Palin would genuinely make that mistake but clearly Obama is just caught up in thinking too many things.. he can name EVERY leader (ok most) in European countries. He is a Havard Grad, not an actor or a baseball league manager historically

  • @DEFACTO9 - you couldn't argue your way out of a paper bag, Mr. Spock. Thank you for your telepathic ability. It's comforting to know that folks like you can read the minds of our current and past elected officials and report to us what they know, don't know and think. By the way, can Barry speak Austrian?

  • @TheGRH13 - You bet he speaks Austrian, but only in America; in all 57 states!

  • But the ones we let in to our country come here illegally and they get on welfare bankrupting our state governments and federal government.

  • @MrNightranger86 If YOU want to give up your national sovereignty to the EU, knock yourselves out. In the US, we will NEVER give up our sovereignty. We don't want a union with Canada and Mexico, unique nations, with their own individual cultures. America is great because of the ideals of our founders. Once you mix that with other countries, you lose your identity. I will fight, to the death if needed, to defend our sovereignty. I won't just give it away like the Europeans see seem so anxious to

  • @MrNightranger86 A "Country" is a sovereign nation. Europe is a Continent. Norway is a Country and forms part of Scandinavia. If you think that the current US President is "the best USA has ever had" you need to wake up and study history.

Also - af far as I am aware Norway voted to not join a single Europe!

  • @MrNightranger86 du er ikke norsk...du er en SViker

  • EMPEROR HUSSEIN: AMERICAN DUMBASS!

  • lol, so stupid! Dummy-head Obama. Should be in prison, or Kindergarten.

  • @MrNightranger86

    Forgot your meds?

    .

    That is one Dumb Mooslum.

    .

Thank God for Affirmative Action, or that negriod be selling Crack and Watermellons, on 125st and Lex.

    .

    Word.

    .

  • @mohamedtowelhead hoorah for watermellons and correct punctuation and capitalization

  • Doofus

  • Obama is a moron !

  • What an idiot

  • Even 5th graders (in this country) know Europe is a continent NOT a country (has a number of COUNTRIES in it but is not itself a country, sadly, Barry doesn't know this. Had Palin said exactly what Barry said, the media would have been riding her like a bucking bronco but they are so busy throwing rose peddals at Barry's feet, anything that comes out of him is like manna from heaven (that is why they wear Obama sphincter neck ties... so they can be first at the trough to gobble it up).

  • @SoulLeister do you think it's a double standard/ironic that when Palin has a gaffe, supporters say she misspoke, but when Obama has a gaffe, Palin supporters think he did it out of a lack of knowledge? (and the other way around: when Obama has a gaffe, supporters say he simply misspoke, but when Palin has a gaffe, Obama supporters say she did it out of a lack of knowledge)

I think that we all need to agree that both Palin and Obama have misspoken, and that neither one is ignorant.

  • @gestrumpet: Firstly, reasonable people notice and acknowledge a double standard (when they see one). Sadly, because of the network propaganda machines of abc, cbs, nbc, npr, etc... who champion (exclusively) the superiority of the DNC over RNC day in and day out, anytime their messiah du jour is not painted in the most favoable of lights or held to the same standard... they cry foul (its not fair) bending over backwards to mitigate and extol the extenuating circumstances.

  • Secondly, After all they are not stupid too, (where were the democrats when the republican mispoke?). No democrats rush to Palin's defense, offering the republican mispoke) but when Obama is exposed to (justified) ridicule (the same standard) democrats rush into that vacuum and want to play nice, republicans are not the ones throwing the first stone (they are picking them up and throwing them back but democrats think that's not fair, hypocrites).

  • Lastly, you should see Obama's, been to all 57 states video (admitting he hasn't been to one of the 57, yet) not counting Hawaii and Alaska "BECAUSE THEY (HIS HANDLERS) WON'T LET HIM GO THERE"?????? He just mispoke??? He can't count or think for himself and he has proven it time and time again, "I don't know the facts but I am sure the police acted stupidly" (Jul 2009) everyong realized he was a racist first and foremost... that's what happens when he speaks without a teleprompter.

  • @gestrumpet There is a huge difference....One is the President of the Country and the other (Palin) is a citizen for whom the President is answerable to.

What worries me most about the current President is that he doesn't appear to understand the words that he reads from his scripts - it makes me wonder who is actually running him?

  • oh.....well.....does that mean then Canada is not a state????

  • I'm glad he isn't my president. I hope better times come for his people in 2012

  • he said countries like more than one country im pretty sure he knows that he knows that europe isnt a country...

  • @burmiebeast Yes but he made a mistake... just like all of us do.

  • If Bush, another republican or a teaparty member had said this ,the EXTREMIST in the FAR LEFT MEDIA would have ridiculed and smeared them and made comments about how stupid they are.Thank GOD for the internet so people can research this and come to their own conclusions about how the American people are being misled and lied to by the dumbicrats and the so called media.America has awoke and we are aware of what these crooks, THATS RIGHT I SAID IT are doing to us.Its time to throw their asses out

  • Compared to countries like Europe. L.O.L

On the one hand, this is rather funny, but on the other hand this is kinda sad -.-

  • Moron!

  • poor 0bama all that education and he thinks Europe its a country

  • He sad Country's Like Europe

  • He knows Europe isn't a country, don't be an ass. Mr. Obama was attempting to make a point about the American economy being driven not hindered by immigration, and I hate it that people try to take away from that point by focusing on an obvious verbal fumble.

  • @jtmajorx: Firstly, Illegal aliens are not immigrants, they are here illegally and they should not be allowed to 'abuse' our system. Under Obama's administration legal citizens are subjected to invasive searches and required to show ID (or a driver's license) but Barry opines that its unconstitutional to ask an illegal to produce an ID, whose president is this guy really? There should be one set of rules, period, not exceptions for people dems are trying to curry favor with to buy votes from.

  • @SoulLeister Well thank you for your soup box, but I think your rant went a bit out of scope. What Mr. Obama was talking about was welcoming people to our country, which would imply "legally". To assume the President was suggesting people living here illegally is a good thing is just as silly as it is to assume he thinks Europe is a country. Moreover, he's a democrat... do you really think he wants people here we can't tax?

  • @jtmajorx: Clearly you have missed the national debate over the millions of illegals here (he has been prez for two years already and done nada to fix that, except chastise AZ for wanting to stop the bleeding at our border), illegals the dems were including in obamascare. Classic democrat trick to change the language of an argument they can't win, where they morph "illegal aliens" to "undocumented workers" to "(legal) immigrants"... all the while talking about "illegal immigrants".

  • @jtmajorx: You can ass-u-me he is "implying" legal immigrants all day, clearly, that is what blind followers have to do to ignore the facts: in this case (for context) the arguement has always been about how to address all the illegals being included in obamascare. I have no doubt he mis-spoke (HE DOES IT ALL THE TIME, so much so, it has to be deliberate or he is an idiot. Its the "I misspoke defense", providing the "illusion" he knows what he is talking about by pretending they're legal.

  • @jtmajorx Obama is a socalist (read his books), socialists/progressives have used the democrat party to further their own agenda (theirs is a world in which other people's money is an endless stream of cash to buy votes with... if you raise taxes on the small business' (that's who makes over $250,000) who really pays it? They can't print their own money so they have to raise the prices they charge everyone that uses their products/services... a tax for the rich, IS A POOR TAX. Economics 101.

  • @jtmajorx Classic socialist ponzi scheme to fund obamascare (where illegal aliens are immigrants and somebody else will pay for everything). A Clown stands up in front of 10 people and says vote for me and I will only raise taxes on Bob... Bob will pay for all the things I plan on spending money in your names for. Bob objects but the other nine (easily fooled idiots) cast their vote for the Clown. Thus, Bob raises the prices of his services and thus the nine idiots really pay his new tax.

  • he is leading a nation, give him some credit for getting an entire continent mistaken for as a country lol... i think lol

  • wow look at all the fat white people in the background

  • Oh come on, like nobody's made that mistake before.

  • @TheDualSwords euhm no

  • @TheDualSwords Most sane people have not.

  • Comment removed

  • Well Obama dont know how many States we have, nor does he know Europe is not a country !!!!! did he REALLY go to college or is that a lie also !!!!!

  • @guitarhaus europe elected a president last week. they are a country now.

  • @circusboy90210

Europe is not a country ... not even close!

Europe is a continent - stretching from the Ural mountains in the East to Iceland, Ireland and Portugal in the west. The Ural mountains being the chain of mountains a bit East of Moscow!

Last I checked the Russians had their own president, called Medvedev.

The president you are referring to is the newly elected permanent president of the European Council, Herbert von Rompuy and he's not a proper president, not even by a long shot.

  • @DenmarkRadar thank you for confirming my suspicion that the eu is not a nation. have been in an arguement about gdp and which nation has the biggest.
