Interesting. I've done this a couple of times. My gf didn't find it funny though... :D

The concentration b4 the bending is used to still and empty the mind and remove doubts. The emptier the mind, the easiest the spoon bends. It's really fun!

@akusoy Follow the link in the description. There is a video on my blog that'll teach you exactly how to do it. I would also ask yourself the question why being taught is a requirement for you to believe. Regardless, there you go :)
