has to be was included in japan because it woudn't sell too much it it had 13 tracks (in japan, they are too supersticious).
and she didn't included it on the us version because she wanted ray of light to have 13 tracks, since 13 is her lucky number.

@TrueBlueAnniversary ...Actually it is because CDs/albums are particularly expensive in Japan and it is actually cheaper to buy imports, thus leaving very little market for local record label branches to sell. So as a way to entice people to buy the local edition of the album the labels add 1 or 2 extra tracks.

@Barrow077 It's on the B side of the "Ray of Light" single. She has a few other unreleased songs from this era that are good.

@pantherman11 Lots of artists do that. MJ has a whole unreleased catalog. I personally think THIS song would have fit on Ray of Light album. It's by far her best album of her career. It's also one of the best albums of the 1990's. Look up William Orbit (the guy who produced this album), he's amazing.
