I loved the show during this time...I still watch occasionally...but like AMC the 80s were the best time for the soaps...Used to watch all the ABC soaps AMC, OLTL, GH and EON....those were fun shows then.

I never did like stupid Asa. (I dont mean the actor. I do mean the character) He so ugly southern, and his tone and vernacular is intimidating and ignorant at the same time. Listen to how he talks. I am going to make a montage of him one of these days. Going to be called Stupid Asa makes me Sick.

Yes the best years were the late 70's early 80's. They used to air a lot of episodes w/Brad shirtless - hot! Jacquie Courtney looks great here! After mid-80s it seemed she just disappeared from the soaps and acting altogether.

I wish I was old enough to watch OLTL in the '70s and early '80s (I didn't start following it until the mid '80s). There's a great LITA promo for OLTL on YT that has Brad in a red T-shirt mouthing off to Peter and Jenny :-)!!

You can get a TV tuner driver and card attachment to go from VHS out (on the back of your VCR) to your computer and record analog video. Then you need video editing software to edit the MPG files you recorded.
