you have to manually eject when using a semi-auto rifle. I never have one get stuck in the barrel and as of a month ago when I came across this ammo. as for a pistol it's loud enough.

@FabioCrow07770 They work fine in a rifle, they just wont cycle a semi-auto. There is no powder in the case, just the primer, so even if you did have one stuck in the barrel, it would not blow up in your face and kill you.

i use this in a savage rifle with a 16" barrel in the backyard; quieter than a pellet gun. but in a pistol, still too loud for my tastes, and i tried it in a 7.5" barrel...

also tried super colibre in the savage. a little bit louder; but with way more velocity, enough to maybe go through the neighbor's fence so that is a definite pass.

I shoot these out of my 10/22 rifle all the time with the original barrell just make sure you hear or see the impact, takes about 3 shots to finish off a pigeon though

ive Had this ammo before. If you shoot it out of a rifle it sounds like ur dry fireing the gun. the first couple times Just couldnt believe that it was shooting. I also had to dispatch a sick cat here on my farm and chose this ammo to do it so my lil cousins wouldnt get upset, and was extremely dissapointed. I would never use this round to hunt. Its good for punching paper.

they shoot like 595 fps. they are very quiet round it sounds like a pellet gun going off. i duct taped to phone books together and its a great target to shoot at, and it will stop the rounds.

those work great in bolt action rifles ,probably louder in a shorter barrel revolver. in my bolt action the penetrated about an inch of wood.

To me, they're still a little loud out of a revolver, but I've shot several hundred out of a bolt action rifle and have never had a problem. I think the warning is more of a precaution. When in doubt, check the barrel, but I've never had an issue. The accuracy isn't very good, but for stealthy shooting, they can't be beat. You should try the Aguilla 60 grain subsonics. They are fairly quiet, but will put a serious thump on whatever they hit.

They also make Super Colibri, which has an upgraded primer, but is otherwise the same. Gives it, if I remember correctly, about an extra 150 fps. The Super Colibri shot, and were pretty quiet. Hard to say exactly how quiet, since I was at a public gun range and had to wear hearing protection. They did fly all over the place. You could see them traveling through the air, and it was not straight.

I''ve used this in my Glock 22 and my ruger hunter one shot at a time . They will be much quieter in a semi than in a revolver because there is no cyl gap . I have shot hundreds of these thru a 22lr single shot with no problems . Super quiet in a rifle .

Dude, you're back! Hm...I think the nipple ammo is as much powerful as a pellet gun. In germany there's a primer charged gun in .17 free to buy. But for a real round with blackpowder you'll have to get a licence. If you wanna cheap and silent backyard fun you'll should get a HW 45 SilverStar pellet gun.
