  • @crzygutrsnobrdr Because the tiny M90 blower is too small for the motor. We only walk it in 2nd and some of 3rd with our car all motor. Top of 3rd and 4th his supercharger starts to do work. But with a 75whp spray on our kit we walk it bad. Do searches online this VF kit has lackluster reviews.

  • @jaybquick aah its a tiny blower for an engine that big. But still if its puttin out more whp and torque shouldent it still walk it anyways?

  • @crzygutrsnobrdr A dyno tune doesn't always compute for the street if you don't spend the tons of hours of tuning time with throttle response and other such things. Hence the fact that NO VF cars have good 1/4 mile passes.

  • The b7 looks like its weighs so much. saw what looked like a cage in there. i guess its alot easier to unsupercharge than to unturbo is problems arise. lol

  • @nissanornothing VF, both use the Eaton M90. We have our own Vortech Kit that has ran 11s.

  • as far as i know there isn't supposed to be any lag with supercharger because it is driven directly by the engine so the boost is always there. i think it is something else other than the supercharger that is causing the lag. anyway nice cars dude!

  • thats bull that there is lag cause it's a super charger they make power down low nigh high rpm so all motor has the advantage of not losing power at high rpms.

  • @xstr33tr4cerx The company who makes this kit put in a check valve on the bypass to help drivability. Our new Vortech SC kit that runs 11s doesn't have this problem.

  • The 326whp and 337 wheel lbs/ft is amazing results. Are these results acheived without the nitrous? I'm surprised more companies haven't developed intake manifolds for the s4 v8. You are the first that I have seen and very impressive. Is it mainly the intake manifold that makes the most increase here (excluding the nitrous)? Do you ship your intake manifold overseas?

  • @caseyryeback1913. That was all motor with some race gas mixed in. On straight 91 it makes less torque. We ran against this SC car on 91 octane as well. It was just the only dyno sheet laying around. We ship worldwide and our intake manifold is available in our online store.

  • I'm going to take mine out, and put the OEM airbox back in. 3 questions, will it change the sound of my exhaust? Is this an easy replacement to take out the CAI and put the oem back in? 3rd, do your vast "piggie" downpipes fit a Milltek exhaust system? They seem to be more expensive if you have no cats than if you buy the stainless with no cats.

  • @rlee6462 . Yes the CAIs for these cars are a total scam since they since behind the Aux radiator for the oil cooler making it a hot air kit. We have an oil cooler kit we sell that eliminates this radiator and allows CAIs to actually work.

  • @s4junkie it is, only supercharged. JHM's S4 is N/A with superior engineering.

  • great video, i remember seeing this car being built on actuning.com but never saw the finished product. I wanted to know the difference between these 2 builds. I have to say I am impressed with the N/A S4 and very surprised at the VF supercharged S4's performance. I'm not too keen about putting nitrous on the N/A car, do you think maybe alcohol injection might be safer for longer term use on a load based application? or is that more of a forced induction add on?

  • You will pay damn near the same for both S/C and T so its more about personal preference, and not too hard installation vs. not too hard but a lot of work and down time installation.
