For me, DJ Hero isn't so hard as to the point where I need to cheat to make myself look good. And no, no cheats. I never use them in this game (or any game for that matter). Who uses cheats in DJ Hero? It's not like it would record your score or anything anyway, and everyone would just laugh at you for posting a video where you did nothing.

Yeah, it lists the next highest score based on your friends list. Although since most scores are way higher than normal 5 stars it's usually just at the very top anyway.
