This is ABSOLUTELY beautiful. Has always been one of my favorite pieces of film. Altman was a pure genius, and when those umbrellas open, it's even more magical. I think Neve Campbell described it as looking like a painting, and she was spot on. Perfection!

Yup. She was a professional dancer before becoming an actress. She said that she trained with the Joffrey months before filming to get back into dancing.
