I used to watch this when I was a kid. For those wondering, this show was from 1990, and featured a bunch of repackaged Casper cartoons from the '60s or something, and very little new material.

BTW, it's Herman and Katnip, and not Catten.

@TimPang80: No. Even in the old cartoons, he befriended local children (a boy named Billy, predominately) and sometimes animals, as well (ex: Ferdie the fox). The cartoons here are basically stories lifted from the Harvey Comics, as far as witchy Wendy, her aunties, her "boo" Casper (Wendy & Casper were dating, by the way, proving that the 1998 film, Casper Meets Wendy, is the closest Universal has gotten to following the Harvey canon), & The Ghostly Trio--Casper's uncles--are concerned.

Film Roman produced a new series of Baby Huey cartoons for television in 1994, which aired as The Baby Huey Show for one season. The Baby Huey Show is a cartoon television show which ran in syndication during the 1995-96 TV season. The show featured the character Baby Huey. 26 episodes were produced by combining old theatrical Famous Studios cartoons and new episodes produced by Film Roman.
