India has a long way to go. As does China. But I must say I admire Indians. I have lived with Indians all my life, in the UK and elsewhere, and I have never ever had a problem with them (I wish I could say the same of all other nationalities :-/ ). I have always enjoyed their friendly and hospitable company, as well as their colorful culture and good humor. I don't like the so called cast system, but I think it would be cool to have an Indian multi-colored space station in orbit :-)

i don't understand the point of this, the whole point of the US space shuttle was that it was supposed to be cheaper than single use vehicles but turns out it wasn't so they cancelled it. Why do ISRO think this will be cheaper than single use vehicles? I can see it costing huge amounts of money without much benefit.

I wish ISRO would privatize the PSLV by spinning it off to private launch companies (maybe Tata Aerospace?). Then ISRO could concentrate on maturing the GSLV-Mk3, and then privatizing that to move onto even bigger and better rockets.

I liked the days when ISRO was working quietly to surprise us with big missions like Chandrayaan. Nowadays, they spend most of their time giving sales pitches about the future, but meanwhile their attempts at progress are flopping (eg. GSLV), or getting delayed.
