I got preg while on birthcontrole..its not 100%...but it was still my choice to have sex and everyones knows its not 100%...so as a teen I had my son...I didnt think it was right to kill him bc I wanted tohave sex...best thing to happen to my life, changed me for the better...but your right, most abortions happen from girls who didnt use anything. All the woman I know who aobrted wernt on the pill or were drunk and didnt use anything.

You've shown that a minority of people who used their bc correctly.

Even by the research you've shown, the majority of people who do abort either weren't using birth control or weren't using it correctly.

As I think I've said before, no contraceptive is 100% effective. It even says so on the packaging, or in the pamphlets provided for all forms of bc as far as I know.

A seat belt won't save your life every time, but it surely helps.

@psykkodukk Actually, one method of birth control is 100% effective. Abstinence. But Planned Parenthood would never support abstinence in their sex ed. programs. It would reduce the number of abortions. And before you say it doesn't work, my sex ed. instructor did mention birth control, but stressed abstinence as the best method. It worked for me.
