I don't have Sake, so is there anything I can use that could be a substitute? Or is it Okay without sake? :)

In Texas, mustard is preferred. Looks great though!

I will definitely try this yummy recipe thank you! I always put teriyaki in the mix then fried...not the same .....now I know thank you!

@DDbRowN67 Yes, in teriyaki, you don't marinade. You pan fry first and mix with reduced sauce to give nice teri (shine) and yaki (to cook, roast, grill ..).
