dude... English was first spoken in England so "British Accent" is the original accent, therefore not an accent. You do have an accent, a American accent, or, as it has become, a "Universal Accent" because it's one of the easiest ones to understand for most people.

Another cool tip, the original 'British accent" still lives on a small part..in southern america. Y'all, aint and other southern accent. Of course the accent itself is different now though. But that is the closest to original British accent

Do it in an Aussie accent lol! No it's just a lot of Younger American youtubers mumble and mush their when they speak where as British people tend to enunciate a bit better. If you look at Freddie Wong, Phillip Defranco or Ray Williams Johnston you'll see that they are all in the top 10 youtube channels and they just speak well. They have good energy, enunciate and show personality when they speak. So no you don't need an accent, just enunciate a lil better & show more of your personality =)
