Sorry, you're right, he voted to eliminate tele immunity from the bill (Dodd amendment), and he voted on several other amendments, but he abstained from voting on the bill itsself. He's, apparently, bulletproofing himself for the election at the sacrifice of the general public. I'll still vote for him over McCain, but, believe me, my first choice was Gravel.
