I highly doubt that guy was thrown 40 feet from 1200 yards away; he'd be dead. The energy required to move him that distance would have collapsed his lungs and ruptured numerous other organs.
@MikeyBoobs1 depends how strong of a bomb if it only registered a 3-4 on the richtor scale then its not THAT powerful but like the equivalent of half a ton of TNT
